If you live in Mainland UK and would like your Metres of Material rolled rather than folded please choose the Tracked Postage option at checkout and leave a note at checkout saying ROLLED and we can arrange this for you. Please note this service takes 1-2 working days for delivery.

Orders can be held in customs in your country for as long as they need to check the parcel - this is out of our hands and may result in a delay in your order getting to you. Therefore we offer no guaranteed delivery date on any orders. Order may be subject to customs charges in your country, payable by yourself. You must make sure the item/s you want to purchase are allowed to enter your country before purchasing, we not liable if your order gets destroyed/sent back to us and we will pass on any return fees to you via invoice.
If you are not available when delivery is attempted and your parcel gets returned to us, we will either refund you (less shipping charge), or re-send the parcel, but you will be sent an invoice for the shipping charge, and only once this is paid will we re-send your order.
We are unable to post liquids via any other service than Royal Mail. Therefore if your order goes over 2kg, and we have to ship via courier we will have to remove and refund for the adhesive.
We are unable to send liquids outside of the UK at all.
UK orders over £50 will be eligible for free postage.
We post within 1-2 working day of your order being received.
If an item is out of stock we will do our best to contact you before we post your order.
Items that are out of stock will be placed on back order for you if required, or we will refund the items for you via Paypal. If the item will take us longer than a week to get back in stock we will generally refund for that item, and send on the rest of your order.
UK: Royal Mail won’t consider an item of mail to be lost until 15 working days have passed from the date it was due to be delivered - for piece of mind we recommend choosing Tracked Postage.
EU and Rest of World: Royal Mail cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to EU) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date. We are not liable to replace or refund non-tracked orders from outside the EU.
Working days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and Bank holidays. We cannot class an item as lost until this time has passed. Please contact your neighbours and local sorting office first as your parcel could be with them. Generally we post items in a green polka dot mailing bag, larger orders are sent in a purple mailing bag or boxed.
If you wish to return your unused, undamaged item/s, please contact us through email* with your order number.
Sale items are non-returnable.
We will then arrange for you to post the item back to us and we will replace the item or refund you as required. Item/s must be returned in saleable condition and secure packaging, you must obtain proof of postage for your return and post using a Tracked or Signed For postage option - If your return does not arrive with us we cannot process it. If returning from outside the UK please mark your customs form as 'Return' as if we have to pay customs charges they will be passed onto you.
Please include a copy of your invoice in your return as otherwise your refund/replacement will be delayed. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the item/s and will be refunded in the same way you paid (card refund/Paypal).

Refunds are sent the email address on the order via Paypal or refunded to your card if you checked out with Create Payments.
Please note: Any materials made for you with non-matching (bespoke) felt backings, Cut ribbons, Die Cuts, Sewing Patterns and Bow Templates/Dies are non-returnable/refundable.
Sheets of glitter/faux leather/velvet/fabric felt, etc must not be folded for posting, as this damages the fabric and will void your return claim.

Missing Items: If you receive your order and there is an item/s missing or damaged please immediately photograph your order as is and also your invoice from the front of your parcel, and send us an email message (within 48 hours of receiving your order) with your order number and the photos attached and let us know what is missing. We cannot replace missing items without this photographic proof. Please keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Scissors: By purchasing scissors you are agreeing that you are over 18 years of age.
Materials: We do our best to cut items as accurately as possible but there may be +/- 1cm difference in the stated size of material.

All entries must be received by 11.59pm on the competition closing date and is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees or agents of the associated companies and their families. Only one entry per household. Prize contents are subject to change. No cash alternative. One prize will be given away to a member drawn at random on the closing date. The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email.
